These data include actively-licensed LCDCs with verified Texas addresses. The DSHS Health Professions Resource Center (HPRC) collects LCDC licensure data annually from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. HPRC geocodes LCDC practice and mailing addresses, using practice address where it is available and mailing address where it is not. The number of active LCDCs was then aggregated by county.
